a) The box body of the corridor (indoor and outdoor) optical fiber distribution box shall be complete, and all plastic parts shall be free of burr, bubble, crack, cavity, warpage, impurity and other defects, and the thermal deformation temperature shall be ≥ 85 ℃, meeting the requirements of the line service life of 15 years.
b) The inner metal plate of the corridor (indoor and outdoor) optical fiber distribution box is Q235 cold-rolled plate with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm. The surface is galvanized. The upper and lower mounting plates of the box are Q235 cold-rolled plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm. After galvanizing, spray plastic treatment is used. The outdoor type is equipped with holding pole installation iron parts, which are hot-dip galvanized with stainless steel or iron accessories.
c) For the metal structure parts treated by spraying, the coating shall have good adhesion with the substrate, and the adhesion shall not be lower than the level 2 requirements in Table 1 of GB, t 9286-1998 standard. The surface is bright and clean, the color is even, there is no peeling, paint dropping, rust and other defects, no sagging, scratch, exposed bottom, bubble and whitening and other phenomena.
d) The combustion performance of nonmetallic composite materials (plastics) used for the relevant accessories of the fiber distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) shall comply with the provisions of GB, t 2408-2008,
e) The color of the coating on the surface of the fiber distribution box of the corridor (indoor and outdoor) is as follows: gsb05-1426-200 medium gray (refer to Pantone medium gray 445, sub light color for the same color).
f) The upper left side of the front of the fiber distribution box must be marked with China Telecom logo, which is red in color and scaled in the same proportion as China Telecom trademark.
g) The surface color of the fiber distribution box should be easy to identify and identify, and coordinate with the environment.
h) The surface color of the working unit in the box must be easy to identify and distinguish, and the color coordinated with the box or surrounding environment can be used.
i) The front of the box can only have the logo of China Telecom, and the manufacturer's logo is not allowed to appear on the front of the box.

a) The corridor (indoor and outdoor) optical fiber distribution box and distribution box shall meet the requirements of up and down cable entry. The top and bottom of the box shall be equipped with 4 wire entry holes respectively, and the optical cable fixing and protection device shall meet the requirements of 4 optical cables fixed at the same time. If the lower inlet cable is used alone, the upper inlet cable space shall be sealed.
b) The optical fiber splicing disc shall be open type, and the installation method and size requirements of optical cable splicing disc and sheath cable splicing disc shall be consistent.
c) The connection of all fasteners shall be firm and reliable, and the bonding of box sealing strip shall be flat and firm.
d) The opening angle of the box door shall not be less than 180o, and the opening and closing of the door lock shall be flexible and reliable.
e) When the optical cable is introduced, its bending radius shall be 15 times larger than the diameter of the optical cable.
f) When the optical fiber is placed in the box, the radius of curvature shall not be less than 30mm no matter where it turns.
g) The minimum bending radius of butterfly incoming optical cable after fixation shall not be less than 10 mm, and the reserved length in the box shall not be less than 0.5 m.
h) The optical splitter installed in the optical splitter box shall be fixed in the box with solid materials, and the performance index of the optical splitter must meet the requirements of the technical specifications for bidding.
i) The optical fiber movable connector used for optical patch shall be SC type. The insertion loss of any connection of two plugs shall be ≤ 0.5dB, and the return loss shall be > 35dB. Its performance index shall meet the requirements of YD, t 1272.3-2005 optical fiber movable connector part 3: SC type. The optical active connector used for the upper connection port of the optical splitter shall be green, the optical active connector used for the lower connection port shall be blue, and the optical active connector is not installed for the free port.
j) The termination, fusion and storage of the optical fiber in the corridor optical fiber distribution box shall be conveniently configured in a complete set within the full capacity range.
j) The optical patch shall be modular and integrated, and there shall be no jump joint in the corridor optical fiber box.
l) The manufacturer of the optical fiber distribution box in the corridor shall provide the manufacturer, specification and model of the optical splitter used, and provide the purchase certificate.
